If you are new to SWUMC here a few things you might want to know about us…
We are a church that is… Seeking to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world through actively Reflecting loving of Christ.

God pursues us like a jealous lover.  His desire is for us and our desire ought to be for Him.  The cry of God’s heart can be found from Genesis (17:8) to Revelation (21:3) and throughout Scripture, “I will be their God and they will be my people.”  In light of this truth we strive to love Him and those He has called us to passionately pursue.

The human condition is the pursuit of love, acceptance, purpose, and peace.  Gifts and graces that can only be found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  Humanity has always sought these gifts down one path or another.  All are seeking Him though they may not know it is him they are looking for.  Many are seeking down broken paths that lead only to pain and disappointment.  So we passionately pursue those who seek Him in hopes of bring them to a Savior who desperately loves and desperately wants them to know his love.  So desperately that he would die for them!

Worship Schedule
    Worship Experience @ 9:00 a.m.
Sunday school Hour following the worship service at 10:15am.
Casual come as you are…from T’s to ties, you’ll find them all at both services.

(9:00 a.m.)
Our Church offers a Blended Worship Service because we have a blend of people that gather to worship on Sundays. Our goal is to artistically weave together varying musical styles and other worship elements into a seamless tapestry which honors the Lord without alienating anyone who gathers to worship. This service will not abandon tradition, but will feature a form and pace that is progressive in nature.

(10:15 a.m.)
Following the Worship service, there are programs specialized for children ages 4-5th grade, middle school (5th-8th grade), and high school (9th-12th grade). As well as several faith classes available for adults.
